Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust has received some funding from NHS England, following its publication of the Future in Mind report to develop and provide an eating disorder workforce training package.
This FREE training will be open to all colleagues working with children and young people across Northamptonshire and will be provided at foundation and intermediate levels at a number of venues within the county.
FOUNDATION TRAINING
EATING DISORDER AWARENESS 1⁄2 DAY
To provide professionals working with under 5s and an overview of the three main eating disorders, how they differ from feeding problems and other behavioural eating problems.
INTERMEDIATE TRAINING
EATING DISORDER AWARENESS 1 DAY
To enable participants
to understand the signs and symptoms and how they may appear in the home and school environment.
