Invitation to attend a workshop and help us define outcomes that matter in Mental Health.
As a local system we have spent a lot of time designing and redesigning mental health ser-vices in Northamptonshire. We want to move away from the traditional approaches to ser-vices and multiple contracts to implementing an outcome based framework for all services that delivers outcomes that matter to our population. Measuring outcomes gives greater meaning to the impact or ‘so what’ of care - it helps better define what we do and whether we are doing the right thing.
In order to define the ‘outcomes that matter’ we need your help to build on work that we started in 2016 when we held a series of open meetings where you told us what was good and what wasn't so good; we want to do this by holding some workshops to discuss and col-lect a range of outcomes that matter to you so that we can translate these outcomes into a singular commissioning framework for mental health in Northamptonshire. You can help us by coming along to one of our workshops. Lunch and refreshments will be provided
