New Action to Promote LGBT Equality
The Government announces new proposals to streamline and de-medicalise the process for changing gender and launches a nationwide LGBT survey.
The Government have launched a survey to understand more about the experiences that lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people have living in the UK.
To respond to this survey, you should be:
- lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or intersex, or have a minority sexual orientation or gender identity
- 16 years old or over
- living in the UK
This survey asks about:
- your experiences of accessing and using public services in the UK (Including the NHS)
- any experiences of discrimination you may have faced throughout your life
